West Monroe Partners is pleased to announce that Kevin Downs has joined the Seattle office, where he will be responsible for developing and executing the firm's Financial Services strategy.
Downs brings to West Monroe Partners more than 25 years of experience in banking, securities processing, investment management and trusts, among other financial services sectors. Most recently, he served as senior vice president for Washington Mutual Bank in Seattle.

Prior to joining West Monroe Partners, Downs created successful enterprises and launched new businesses for some of the nation's largest banks, including Citibank, Wells Fargo, HSBC/Household, and Washington Mutual. In addition, he founded a consulting practice and has advised clients on a variety of strategic, operational, and practical implementation initiatives. Throughout his career, he has held many titles, such as Senior Vice President, Managing Director, and Chairman and has been responsible for managing businesses with $1 billion in net income, 2,000 people, billions in revenue, 10 million customers, $20 billion in deposits, and billions in receivable assets.
He holds a B.S. in Mathematics from Tulane University and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
