She comes to the organization from National Financial Services, A Fidelity Company, and reports to Christopher W. Flint, head of Advisor Recruiting. Ms. Baker is based in Atlanta.

Ms. Baker will oversee the recruitment of qualified financial representatives in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia and West Virginia.
