We are extremely pleased to enter into this relationship with PEBTF, said Fran Soistman, Jr., executive vice president of Coventry Health Care. The retiree benefit plan also will offer free health risk assessments, social worker support and targeted support for those with serious medical needs.

Consistent with the Company's presentation today at the JPMorgan Investor Conference, Coventry Health Care continues to project growth of 100,000 net Medicare Advantage members in 2008.
