Prudential Financial Reorganizes International Insurance Senior Management - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Prudential Financial Inc. (PRU | charts | news | PowerRating) on Tuesday revealed the reorganization of responsibilities between senior vice president, Kazuo Maeda and senior vice president, Timothy Feige.

Kazuo Maeda is currently the senior vice president of Prudential International Insurance and president and CEO of Prudential International Insurance Life Planner Operations. Timothy Feige is the senior vice president of Prudential International Insurance, and currently president of Gibraltar Life.

As per the reorganization, Maeda will become co-president, Prudential International Insurance and country head for insurance operations in Japan. The Company appointed Feige as co-president of Prudential International Insurance and head of life insurance operations outside Japan.

Additionally the company noted that Mitsuo Kurashige, executive vice president, Prudential of Japan has been appointed president of Gibraltar Life and will report to Maeda.
