CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 5, 2006--Entertainment Is Us, Inc. (OTC BB: EIUS) today announced the appointment of Loic R. Humphreys, 55, to its Board of Directors, effective immediately. The Company's Board of Directors now has two members, Mr. Humphreys as well as the Company's Chief Executive Officer, Noriyuki Kanayama.

Mr. Humphreys is President and Founder of International Business Trading SA, a Geneva, Switzerland-based commercial and financial consulting firm that deals in debt recovery in third-world countries, social programs, barter and global import-export through an international network set up by Mr. Humphreys. Mr. Humphreys has 23 years of experience in insurance and finance, and is recognized worldwide as an international financial reinsurance specialist.

Mr. Humphreys provides Entertainment Is Us with an independent director who will help oversee the ongoing internal investigation being conducted by the recently appointed New York law firm of Stillman, Friedman & Shechtman, P.C., which is focusing on the transactions leading up to the acquisition of Sunkyo Corporation by the Auto-Q International shell in October 2005 and certain transactions subsequent to the closing of that acquisition involving Peter David Voss and related individuals or entities.
