Aon Risk Services of the West has appointed Julie Davis to its senior management team in the technology practice to strengthen its San Francisco/Bay area team. In her new role, Julie will be tasked with building on client relationships, new business development and growing their middle market technology sector. As part of the Aon San Francisco/Bay Area senior management team, she will make a continued contribution in thought leadership and service excellence, while continuing a successful path for new insurance products -- all aimed at growing our presence in the technology sector.

Under Julie's stewardship, Aon launched the national platform (Wired for Growth, http://www.wiredforgrowth.com/), which is a bundling of insurance products, risk solutions and value propositions targeted towards early stage technology firms throughout the U.S. In addition, Julie has various leadership roles in the technology community that help drive her thought leadership on topics critical to this segment.

Julie has a 15 year long tenure at Aon, focused primarily on expanding their local and national presence in the technology industry. She most recently served as executive vice president, managing director of Aon's Wired for Growth program, being recognized with Chicago Innovation Award, Insurance Innovators Award and finalist in the Annual Stevie Awards for Best New Product/Service. During her previous tenure at Aon Risk Services in San Francisco, she achieved excellence sales roundtable for seven consecutive years, expanding the San Francisco and Bay Area presence in the technology industry.
