As vice president of professional services, Ms. Davis will be responsible for delivering Valen's predictive modeling products and services to property and casualty insurance carriers. With over 20 years of insurance and consulting experience, Ms. Davis has an impressive background in business strategy and solutions delivery. Ms. Davis will be an asset to Valen's continued success as a leader in predictive modeling within the insurance industry.

Prior to joining Valen, Ms. Davis worked for Mercer Oliver Wyman, focusing on business strategy and predictive analytics for property and casualty insurance carriers in the personal and commercial markets. Previous to Mercer Oliver Wyman, Ms. Davis worked for Zurich North America where she was responsible for product management and information infrastructure for the automobile line of business. Ms. Davis also gained considerable experience at Accenture, where she focused on business strategy, process design and systems integration consulting for property and casualty insurance carriers including The ERIE, Allmerica, Winterthur Belgium, CNA and USAA. At Accenture, Ms. Davis was accredited as an inventor on two patented Accenture underwriting tools and managed the development of three Accenture underwriting assets. Ms. Davis began her career at Allstate, where she served as a business analyst and specialty underwriter. Ms. Davis earned an M.B.A. from Arizona State University, and a B.S. in business management with a minor in mathematics from Brigham Young University.
