Prudential Introduces New Pru Analyzer Client Reports Aimed at Helping Drive Key Benefits Decisions

NEWARK, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Prudential Financial, Inc.s (NYSE:PRU - News) Group Insurance business announced today the introduction of Pru Analyzer, its new analytical reports, which provide an enhanced level of detailed analysis above standard claim experience data designed to help employers understand the factors driving their benefit plan costs. These dynamic, consultative reports compile and analyze data to help employers better administer their plans and make better benefit decisions. Pru Analyzer reports are available to clients based on volume of claim activity and complexity of their benefit plan offerings.

Our market-leading reports are based on Prudentials many years of industry knowledge and experience, said Jim Porter, vice president of Underwriting, Group Insurance. Pru Analyzer provides insight on how a particular employers benefit costs compare with others in their industry as well as Prudentials broad-base of clients.

Prudentials team of analysts, as part of an enhanced consultative service, creates customized reports for clients on a mutually agreed upon schedule. Pru Analyzer reports represent a culmination of online reporting data, coupled with hands on market expertise, and an interactive dialogue between account managers, analysts, and clients. In doing so, clients receive an easy to read and convenient to use data report and custom commentary that will help them with decisions on plan provisions or remedial health measures. For example, claims experience data might suggest updating disability offerings or initiating ergonomic and wellness programs to improve plan experience.
