New York, New York June 5, 2008.  The Metropolitan Advisory Group, LLC (“MAG”) announced today that it has acquired key personnel from the Innovation Advisory Group, Inc., a specialty consulting entity with focus on the premium financing and life settlement markets.  Innovation Advisory Group’s unique premium financing approach rooted in insurance education has been a valuable asset for its clients that now MAG will continue to service.  The extensive global relationships they have developed will serve as a strong foundation for MAG to build upon.  Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The Metropolitan Advisory Group will continue to provide innovative asset protection and estate planning tools to insurance brokers, lawyers, wealth managers and private individuals.  In addition, MAG will now be able to leverage Innovation Advisory Group’s pre-existing relationships with funds and investment banks currently active in the premium financing marketplace.  MAG will also offer Offshore Private Placement Life Insurance (PPLI) and life settlement transactions through their strong relationships with life settlement providers, brokers and direct buyers.  Combining their deep level of strategic expertise in alternative financing methods with access to this expanded product suite, MAG advisors will be further strengthened in their ability to grow and protect the multi-generational wealth of their high net-worth individual and institutional clients.
