“Three of the four markets we serve through the marketing and administration of life, health and related insurance product offerings -- Association, Credit Union and Bank will all expand as a result of today’s announcement. In addition, this will, for the first time, take our business outside of the United States as 30% of the acquired operation is in Canada,” said David L. Selman, President & CEO of Selman & Company.

The purchase plays an important role in the further growth of Selman & Company. This transaction marks the seventh successful acquisition in the company’s thirty year history.
