Riley agrees to help speed fuel shipmentsGov. Bob Riley has agreed with Mississippi and Louisiana to help speed gasoline and diesel fuel shipments into Alabama, Riley's office said. The agreement waives certain regulations for Alabama-based trucks hauling gasoline and diesel fuel from Louisiana to Alabama.
