By FRITZ BUSCH Journal Staff Writer NEW ULM - Several citizens discussed the pros and cons of hydronic (outdoor wood) furnaces Tuesday at the New Ulm City Council meeting. Discussion came after the first reading of an ordinance to amend Section 8.33 of City Code and Ordinance No. 08-064, Fourth Series, relative to hydronic furnaces.
