Tokio Marine completes U.S. deal (Business Insurance)

BALA CYNWYD, Pa.—Philadelphia Consolidated Holding Corp. said Monday it has finalized its merger with Tokio Marine Holdings Inc. The $4.7 billion deal, which was announced by Tokio Marine in July, was approved by the Pennsylvania Insurance Department and the Financial Services Agency of Japan.
